Policy & Procedures Maintenance
- Working closely with retail customers to understand their banking requirements, offering them proper packages that optimize their business relation with the bank, and manage the profitability of the relationship.
- Performed initial risk assessment of business and credit worthiness to build feasible proposals based on the bank policies.
- Managing relationship between the bank and retail customers to ensure quality of service provided to them by applying data quality control procedures for various steps of data collection and processing.
- Responsible to request amendments on the systems to facilitate customer’s needs and to correspond to the best applied practices.
- To be held responsible for handling the retail systems
- To carefully choose the right time for the changes taking into account any costs related to the change.
- negotiate with IT for each change is linked to policies and procedures for feasibility concerns.
- To make sure that all the steps in the system are similar with the procedures approved.
- Ensure that all corporate requirements are implemented correctly in the system.
- Liaise with IT to monitor systems to operate products and ensure Sharia controls are built in them.
Product Systems Support and Control of Updates/change
- Responsible to request amendments on the systems to facilitate customer’s needs and to correspond to the best applied practices.
- responsible for handling the corporate systems (i.e. TRASSET-CA, E-corporate, E-Trade).

- Responsible for the change and implementation of policies in the system.
- ensure corporate systems workflow is updated and has sufficient controls.
Reports
- Preparing call memo’s& reports it to the Senior Relationship Manager.
- Preparing market studies of the updated customers support .
Planning
- Planning to increase portfolio volume & number of customers on a yearly basis by offering them the proper facilities & services.
Minimum Qualifications
B.A in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
4 years of progressive professional experience in Banking.
